The surface mount HALO ‘4’ has just THAT…4 Generation IV 3-Watt LEDs that are made to last 100,000 hours. That’s 12 Watts of long lasting light that comes in your choice of 5 solid colors or 3 split-color emergency lighting combinations. It has a tough, polycarbonate housing with an aluminum heat-resistant backing. The HALO 4, like the rest of the HALO Series, also has polycarbonate TIR lenses that stay bright and clear and don’t fog up. TIR lenses produce a strong, steady focused beam that lights up the area around your first responder unit and can be seen from over a mile away, so those approaching know they should slow down and heed any warnings. 5 colored wires come attached to the light for easy installation: Pos, Neg, Sync, Pattern, and HI/LO. It has 22 flash patterns that ‘burst,’ ‘split,’ ‘alternate,’ ‘cycle flash’ and more. The California “Steady” meets that state’s requirements…and the HALO 4 has pattern memory, too! Mount the HALO 4 on the dash or deck of your vehicle, or because they are sealed with high-tech epoxy and are 100% waterproof, mount them on any exterior flat surface (grille, bumpers, roof, or body) of your patrol car, SUV, or on whatever you drive. It comes in black and a surface mount flange, a gasket, and hardware are included.

The HALO 4 is vibration resistant, so put it as low or as high on the exterior of your professional or volunteer unit that you want, and with the shatterproof polycarbonate lenses, it can take a whole lot of rough use off road and on. The HALO Series surface mounts are almost always bought in pairs so they can be put opposite each other.
